Kingussie is a small village in the heart of The Cairngorm National Park, Just 11 miles South of the busy tourist destination of Aviemore and a stones throw away from Local Attractions and Amenities.

Situated at the foothills of the Cairngorm and Monadhliath Mountain Ranges it is a great base for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts.

There is much on offer in Kingussie and the surrounding area and the National Park offers an aray of activities all year round.

You will find the Old Bakery Holiday flat nestled between the Trading Post Shop and the locally famous Happy Days Fish and Chip Shop, which serves award winning Fish and Chips, highly reccommended by the Locals and visitors alike.

Unfortunately there is no disabled access to the flat as it is on the first floor.

The Apartment is within walking distance to all local shops, restaurants, small bars and transport links.

There are 2 local grocery stores near by, the Co-op and Murchies(green grocers) as well as a local butchers, paper shop and craft/interior shops.

Transpost links are available, buses run regulary in the area. And Kingussie also has a train station.
