Price List

All prices are based on the rental of the whole apartment which can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. All electric, Oil central heating and linen/towels is included in the price.

February/March/April 2010:

Saturday- Saturday(week/7 nights)          £300

Monday- Friday(Short Break/4 nights)      £240

Friday-Monday(Weekend/3 nights)          £215

Bank Holidays and Easter breaks will be charged the same as July.

May/June 2010:

Saturday- Saturday(week/7 nights)         £320

Monday-Friday(Short Break/4 nights)      £260

Friday-Monday(Weekend/3 nights)         £225

July/August 2010:

Saturday- Saturday(week/7 nights)        £375

Weekly bookings only in Summer months.

September/October 2010:

Saturday-Saturday(week/7 nights)        £320

Monday-Friday(Short Break/4 nights)    £260

Terms and Conditions of Booking:

Full payment will be requested at time of booking, in order to secure the booking.

In the event of cancellation before 6 weeks of the arrival date a 50% refund will be given within 6 weeks we reserve the right to offer no refund.

A maximum of 6 people are allowed to stay in the flat. 

The flat is strictly NO SMOKING and if you are caught smoking in the flat you will be asked to leave immediately without any refund.

In the event of any damage to items within the flat or the flat itself or grounds you will be charged accordingly for the replacement or repair of them.

No guests other than those notified at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the Apartment or have access to it without the owners consent.

We ask that all guests leave the flat in a tidy and clean manner, in the event of any additional housekeeping(except basic departure housekeeping) needed to be done we will charge you at £10.00 per hour.

Pets must be arranged prior to arrival.
